Refund policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026. This policy applies to paid Datagrid Tools training seats confirmed by invoice or booking email. Website pricing is informational only and no checkout runs on this site.

Eligibility

Refunds are available for confirmed seats when cancellation notice meets the timeframes below and materials access has not been unreasonably consumed. Corporate invoices may nominate a substitute learner instead of cancelling.

Timeframe

• Full refund: written cancellation at least 14 days before the cohort start date.
• Partial refund (50% of seat fee): cancellation between 13 and 5 days before start.
• No refund for cancellations inside 5 days of start, or after live sessions begin, except where required by law or listed exceptions.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Your cancellation email must include the invoice number, learner name, and program title. If downloadable worksheets were issued early, we may deduct a materials fee of up to RM 120 from an otherwise full refund when those files were accessed.

Non-refundable items

• Custom extract preparation billed as a separate line item
• On-site travel already incurred with your approval
• Completed private workshops that already ran

Refund process

Email info@datagrid-tools.digital with subject “Refund request”. We confirm receipt within two business days and state the eligible amount.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval. Bank timelines may add additional days depending on your institution.

Refund method

Refunds return to the original payer via the same bank transfer or card channel used for the invoice settlement. We do not issue cash refunds at the office.

Cancellation by Datagrid Tools

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of the seat fee, including materials fees.

Exceptions

We may grant additional goodwill refunds for documented medical emergencies or mandated government movement restrictions that prevent participation. Those decisions are case-by-case and do not create precedent.
